All my life's a circle... Old campus now Merrimon Christian School. My sister Lori coaches cheerleading. Her husband is the basketball and baseball coach. They live on campus in the house adjacent to the chalet's parking lot. I spend a lot of time up there... surrounded by many memories... good and bad... kickin' Kadali's butt at tennis... spending most of my weekends writing hundreds of words thousands of times... sneaking Kelly and Debbie off campus... Ssshhhh! Who knows the statute of limitations on such egregious infractions... Me...? US Coast Guard 82-86. Lived in LA upon retirement... then off to Washington DC where I was the entertainment director at "Paul Mall" an infamous nightclub of the late 80's. Married in 91...divorced in 95... Happy, sad, sad, happy then sad but happy now. Currently live in Asheville... Radio host at WCQS..NPR. Engaged to Nicole. To be betrothed May 4, 2001. Released critically acclaimed kid's CD a couple of years ago. "Jungliah Jones & Friends: Songs from the Gentle Jungle." Perform several concerts per year.. New project: "Bottomsville," an animated series. Writing autobiography, "View from a Garage Apartment." Busy.. Busy... I have seen a couple of you.... John Denman in the early 90's... I actually spent a crazy weekend in DC with John, Takeshi and Kadali... but I am sworn not to mention that trip to anyone! Spent a Thanksgiving with Takeshi... next year Kadali... Also spent weekend with Kadali in Key West, Florida in 1995. Again I am sworn to secrecy. I look forward to seeing you next year... In closing.. a scary thought.. or at least for me... Gwen? Married 17 years.... a kid in the 10th grade? I have a cat named Moonpie and a pick-up truck. That is all I can handle... |
