Dear Class of 1982 and Friends,

This is the official information on our 20th class reunion that you have been waiting for. Included will be all the specific details that have been in the making for over two years!

Costs:

Per room:
$64 single or double
$74 triple
$84 quad
No charge for children under 12

Meals:

$30.50 for adults for four meals including Friday evening buffet dinner, Saturday morning breakfast, Saturday evening buffet dinner and Sunday morning breakfast.
$17.50 for children age 6-12
Under 5 eat free

Miscellaneous costs:

Those persons not staying on campus but attending the event will pay $15.00 per day. If you are attending the entire event, the cost will be $30.00. This does not include your meals.

PLEASE NOTE:

You are asked to make a reservation even if you will not stay on campus and especially if you are joining the group for meals or any events being held on campus.

Reservations:

Individuals will make their own reservations. There will be a 20.00 deposit per family. When you call to Ridgecrest please mention Ben Lippen School Class Reunion.
You will also need to give them your name, address, phone number and e-mail address.
All reservations will be guaranteed by a credit card or a check. Cancellation of the reservation will forfeit the deposit. Reservation number is 1-800-588-7222.

Hike up to camp fire at Royal Gorge Fire Ring

Campfire with Hot Chocolate and Somemoreās Please note - The campfire and refreshments will cost 25.00 plus 4.95 per person. Please mention this on reservation if you will be attending.

Saturday August 31st

Breakfast in the Dining Hall After breakfast there will be free time to explore the Ridgecrest campus or check out the town of Black Mountain.

12:00 - 2:00
Lunch at the Campfire Steak and Buffet Restaurant. Just off I-40 at the Black Mountain exit.

3:00 - 5:00
Enjoy shops in Black Mountain or take a ride on the Parkway

5:30- 6:30
Dinner Buffet in Dining Hall

7:00- 9:00
Informal class gathering with a slide presentation of our years at Ben Lippen. This will also be a time of sharing of our last 20 years.

9:00 - ??
Group goes into town of Black Mountain for a gathering at a local place for music, coffee and fellowship.

Sunday September 1st -

Breakfast in the Dining Hall

9:00
Farewell gathering with informal prayer service.

Check in time is at 3:00 and check out is at 11:00am

The Ridgecrest Conference Center is a non alcohol and non smoking facility as part of the regulations for the Lifeway Ministries.

There will be another group on campus during our weekend reunion but if our group meets for meals at the specified time, we will be able to sit together in the dining hall as space allows.
